Origin Story
We founded this company after years of observing a consistent problem in the property management industry where many owners were not receiving the proactive guidance necessary to navigate California’s complex, ever-changing landlord-tenant laws. Too often, property owners faced expensive disputes, penalties, or litigation because their management teams relied on outdated practices or failed to keep current with legislative changes.
